Aarti Singh, born on April 8, 1984, hails from Lucknow, with her father Atmaprakash Sharma being from Himachal Pradesh and her mother Padma from Punjab. She is part of the illustrious Govinda Family in Bollywood, being the niece of actor Govinda, sister of comedian Krushna Abhishek, and cousin to television actresses Ragini Khanna and Soumya Seth.

Singh embarked on her acting journey with Zee TV’s “Maayka” in 2007, portraying Soni, followed by Star Plus’s “Grihasti” as Rano, and “Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai” as Mugdha.
