Kobbie Boateng Mainoo, was born on April 19, 2005, in Stockport, Greater Manchester. He grew up in Cheadle Hulme, a suburb of Stockport, and began his youth football journey at Cheadle & Gatley Junior Football Club. At the age of nine, he transitioned to Manchester United.
CareerMainoo put pen to paper on his inaugural professional contract with Manchester United in May of 2022. Catching the eye with impressive performances, notably a standout midfield showcase against Carlisle United in the EFL Trophy, he earned a call-up to train with the first-team squad in October of the same year.
