Korra Obidi hails from Igbuzo (also known as Ibusa) in Delta State, located in the South-South region of Nigeria. She grew up in a family of three sisters and one brother, with her mother sadly no longer with them. Raised in a devoutly religious and conservative Igbo Christian household, her family attended the Deeper Christian Life Ministry. This upbringing led her to conceal her passion for dancing from her parents during her formative years.
Korra Obidi pursued her high school education at Command Secondary School in Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria. Following that, she attended the University of Lagos from 2007 to 2011, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management.

Korra Obidi earned a nomination for Best Dancer at AFRIMMA in 2017. She showcased her talent in the Basketball Africa League during the 2017/2018 season and defied expectations by participating in the 2019 season of So You Think You Can Dance while heavily pregnant. Her journey in dance began in 2007, making her debut appearance in a track alongside Nigerian rapper Sasha P.
