Niniola Apata, professionally known as Niniola, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter.
She gained recognition after participating in the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa in 2013. Following the release of her debut single “Ibadi,” she received a nomination for Most Promising Act to Watch at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
Early life and Education
Niniola Apata, born on December 15, 1986, to the late Rt. Brigadier General Simeon Olaosebikan Apata and Mrs. Margaret Apata, was raised in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Niniola started her education at Apata Memorial High School for both primary and secondary education. She later obtained a Bachelor of Education certificate from the University of Lagos. She hails from a polygamous family, being the sixth child out of ten, raised by three mothers after her father’s tragic death in 1995.

Niniola’s journey is remarkable. From her early participation in social activities and competitions during secondary school to finishing as the third runner-up in the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa, she has continually impressed.
