Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, born on October 19, 1993, and widely recognized as Odumodublvck, is a Nigerian artist proficient in rap, singing, and songwriting.
Renowned for his dynamic stage presence, genre fusion, and frequent portrayal of Okpu Agu, he is affiliated with the hip-hop group Anti World Gangstars. Based in Abuja, Nigeria, Odumodublvck is swiftly rising as a rap sensation within the Afro music scene.
Early life and Education 
Having been born in Lagos, Odumodublvck moved to Abuja with his family when he was 7 years old. He attended Christ the King College in Gwagwalada Abuja for his junior high education, where he acquired the stage name “Odumodu” during his second year. His tertiary education began at Bowen University but he later transferred and completed his studies at the University of Lagos, Akoka.
Career
In 2022, Odumodublvck collaborated with B.O.C Madaki on the joint studio album titled “The Drop,” followed by the release of his single “Picanto” featuring Ecko Miles and Zlatan. “Picanto” debuted at number 8 on the TurnTable Bubbling Under Top 100 and number 15 on the Nigeria Hip-Hop/Rap Songs chart on November 21, 2022. Additionally, on November 28, 2022, the song debuted at number 79 on the Top 100 and number 44 on Nigeria Radio, while also reaching Number 6 on the Nigeria Hip-Hop/Rap Songs chart.
On March 26, 2022, Odumodublvck performed at the Jameson Connects concert in Abuja alongside DRB LasGidi and Victony. He won the Next Rated Artist category at the Galaxy Music Awards on December 8, 2022, receiving a new Lexus IS 350 as part of the prize. On December 9, 2022, he was announced as one of the opening acts for the Vertical Rave concert.
In March 2023, he released his first single titled “Declan Rice,” shortly after surviving a life-threatening surgery. The song debuted at number 8 on the TurnTable official Nigeria Top 100 Songs chart on March 27, 2023, and reached number 1 on TheCable Lifestyle airplay chart on April 1, 2023. West Ham United captain, Declan Rice, expressed excitement as Nigerians sang his name thanks to Odumodublvck. On July 15, 2023, Arsenal announced the signing of Declan Rice, using Odumodublvck’s song in the background.
On January 25, 2024, Odumodublvck celebrated receiving three well-deserved plaques on his Instagram page, symbolizing his remarkable accomplishments. On May 25, 2023, Odumodublvck tweeted about the presidential inauguration of the 16th President of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu Renewed Hope concert, stating, “They Tried To Get Me To Perform At The Inauguration. They Did Not Do Their Research.” However, on March 2, 2023, after the release of NATIVE Sound System single “Vex,” Odumodublvck expressed his support for Peter Obi in the second verse, stating “I dey hope on Peter Obi to save me,” and had previously referred to himself as Peter Obi’s running mate on social media.
