Stefflon Don, born Stephanie Victoria Allen on December 14, 1991, is a British rapper and singer who gained prominence with her hit single “Hurtin’ Me” (featuring French Montana) reaching number 7 on the UK Singles Chart in 2017.

Stefflon Don, born in Birmingham, England, and of Jamaican heritage, grew up in a large family with seven siblings, including rapper Dutchavelli. At the age of five, her family relocated to Rotterdam, Netherlands, where she became fluent in Dutch. From an early age, she showed a passion for music, singing, and songwriting. She signed with 54 London, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group, in spring 2016. Her breakout moment came with the release of her first mixtape, “Real Ting,” in December 2016.

At 17 years old, Stefflon Don welcomed her first child, a son named Jaylen. She is the sibling of rapper Dutchavelli. From 2018 to 2022, Allen was in a relationship with Nigerian singer Burna Boy. In September 2019, she showed her generosity by holding a giveaway on Twitter after reaching a billion streams as an artist. When British artist Shocka reached out to her about his mother’s cancer treatment in Nigeria, she decided to financially support him by covering the expenses.
