Early life and Education
Oniyide Azeez was born on 21 April 2000 to Mr. and Mrs. Oniyide in Lagos State but originally hails from Ogun State, Nigeria. He was raised in Agege, Lagos State, and completed his primary education at Lively Kiddies Nursery and Primary School. He had his secondary education at Boys Secondary School Agege, Lagos State.
Career
Zinoleesky’s passion for music ignited during his adolescence, leading him to kickstart his musical journey as a freestyle rapper. His breakthrough came in 2017 when his videos gained viral traction online.
Numerous reports indicated that he received a record deal offer from Davido’s DMW label, which he declined, opting to remain an independent artist. Eventually, on December 23, 2019, he inked a deal with “Marlian Records,” owned and overseen by Nigerian artist Naira Marley.
In 2020, a year after joining Marlian Records, Zinoleesky dropped his debut studio album, “Chrome Eccentric,” featuring six tracks, notably “Mapariwo” and “Kilofeshe.” “Mapariwo” soared to No. 14 on Apple Music and No. 12 on YouTube charts in September 2020.
Following the success of his debut album, Zinoleesky released a remix of the hit track “Kilofeshe,” featuring Maryorkun and South African vocalist Busiswah.
In December 2022, he unveiled his first EP, “Grit and Lust,” introducing tracks like “Call of Duty” and “YanYanYan.”
Personal life
In October 2021, Zinoleesky and Naira Marley’s sister, Shubomi, sparked speculation about their relationship, making headlines. However, in January 2023, Zinoleesky announced that he was single. Later, in December 2023, he celebrated the arrival of his first child, a daughter named Zendaya.
